:: Oney Seal ::

Oney Seal, is Chairman & CEO of Databazaar.com, and the Databazaar group companies. Oney brings 12 years of experience in both academia and business to the management team at Databazaar. His primary responsibilities include strategic direction for the entire group, leading the senior management team and being the defender and expander of the Databazaar business model. Oney started his career teaching corporate finance and advanced statistics at Nova Southeastern University, Florida, and later left the Doctoral program at University of Texas at Dallas to run the Latin American operations of Distributors Express Computer Supply, Inc. from 1993 to 2000. Based in Miami, Florida, Oney holds a bachelors degree in business from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta, India, and a masters degree in international business administration from Nova Southeastern University, USA. He is also a member of the Academy of International Business.

:: S.P. Mukerji ::

S.P. Mukerji is the Managing Director of Databazaar India Pvt. Ltd. --- the Indian arm of Databazaar.com. Databazaar India houses and runs the entire back-office operations for the Databazaar.com website in a state-of-the art facility in Calcutta. Mr. Mukerji brings a wealth of business experience to Databazaar India having held very senior positions at India’s leading corporates like Steel Authority of India, Hindustan Cables and Cycle Corporation of India, where he was Chairman and Managing Director prior to joining Databazaar. Mr. Mukerji holds a bachelors degree in industrial engineering and a masters degree in industrial psychology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

:: Rohit Nayar ::

Rohit Nayar is the Managing Director of Databazaar Hong Kong --- the Hong Kong office of Databazaar.com. Databazaar HK houses and runs the entire global product sourcing operations of the Databazaar group. Rohit is also actively involved in the development and marketing of BPO services under the Databazaar.biz brand. With the advantage of Hong Kong’s ideal location, Rohit coordinates the sales & marketing of outsourced project work that originates in the US west coast as well as in South Asia and gets executed out of Databazaar’s Kolkata facilities. Rohit brings to Databazaar more than 20 years of deep business experience in the areas of global trade in technology products, import/export management and logistics, and multinational trading activities.

:: Sujoy Mukherjee ::

Sujoy Mukherjee is the Director & Vice President of Databazaar India Pvt. Ltd. --- the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division of Databazaar.com. Sujoy started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and moved on to Citibank after which he was associated as an Independent consultant in the areas of finance and accounting with various large corporations including Ogden Energy Inc., a Delaware corporation. He also worked extensively with the Industrial Development Bank of India and SBI Capital Markets -- the merchant banking arm of State Bank of India, on several investment banking and infrastructure-finance projects. Concurrently, he has continued to sit on the boards of various privately held companies. Sujoy holds graduate and under-graduate degrees in Business Administration from St. Xavier’s College, the University of Calcutta, and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Sujoy brings to Databazaar more than 12 years of extensive business experience and corporate management skills.

:: Sanjukta Seal ::

Sanjukta Seal oversees the daily business and financial activities of Databazaar.com as its Chief Operating Officer. Sanjukta brings to Databazaar more than 7 years of business management experience in the office supplies industry and extensive experience on various accounting platforms. Having been with Databazaar since its inception, Sanjukta is the point person on most daily operational matters including accounts receivables and payables. Sanjukta holds a bachelors degree in political science from Loreto College, Calcutta, and a masters degree in international relations from the University of Toledo, Ohio.

:: Antonio Martell ::

Antonio Martell has been overseeing the financial planning and control of Databazaar in conjunction with his firm Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Co., since the inception of Databazaar. Mr. Martell is a CPA with special expertise in accounting software and technical accounting issues. He also handles all regulatory compliance issues for Databazaar.

:: Paul Destefanis ::

Paul Destefanis brings a wealth of critical business finance experience to the Databazaar team. A shareholder and director, Mr. Destefanis advises in the areas of financial modeling, financing options/methods, and interfacing with venture capitalists. Mr. DeStefanis is a CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA and has over eighteen years of professional experience, including eight years with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. DeStefanis currently is the CEO and owner of Advanced Business Valuations, which specializes in the valuation of closely held businesses and the management of private investments. Mr. DeStefanis has extensive experience in the financing and development area as it relates to Technology and Telecommunication companies.

:: Rodolfo Leguizamon ::

Rodolfo (Rudy) Leguizamon supervises the sales, purchasing and logistical functions of Databazaar's US operations. Rudy brings to Databazaar more than 8 years of extensive facilities and logistics mangement experience having run the operations of the $400 million electronics distribution company - Fany America. Rudy also has vast experience in the Latin American computer products market.

:: Satyabrata Das ::

Satyabrata Das looks after the development and promotion of the Databazaar.com website. Besides promoting and integrating the website on different web channels, he is constantly involved in the technical enhancement of the website. Satyabrata holds a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from the University of Calcutta, India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from the Department of Electronics, Government of India. He has over ten years of experience in software development and training, development of desktop & client-server business applications, web & e-commerce applications and web promotion methods.
