S.P. Mukerji is the Managing Director of Databazaar India Pvt. Ltd. --- the Indian arm of Databazaar.com. Databazaar India houses and runs the entire back-office operations for the Databazaar.com website in a state-of-the art facility in Calcutta.

Mr. Mukerji brings a wealth of business experience to Databazaar India having held very senior positions at India's leading corporates like Steel Authority of India, Hindustan Cables and Cycle Corporation of India, where he was Chairman and Managing Director prior to joining Databazaar.

Mr. Mukerji holds a bachelors degree in industrial engineering and a masters degree in industrial psychology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
