A shareholder and director, Mr. Destefanis advises in the areas of financial modeling, financing options/methods, and interfacing with venture capitalists. Mr. DeStefanis is a CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA and has over eighteen years of professional experience, including eight years with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. DeStefanis currently is the CEO and owner of Advanced Business Valuations, which specializes in the valuation of closely held businesses and the management of private investments. Mr. DeStefanis has extensive experience in the financing and development area as it relates to Technology and Telecommunication companies.
